Intense red color with violet reflections, pronounced notes of berries on the nose. The taste is well-balanced, structured and rich in sweet tannins.

Hand-picked grapes collected in crates, soft destemming and pressing, controlled temperature fermentation (28°C) in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days.

Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: Maturation for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

Bottle aging: 3 months.
