Yellow with golden reflections, with a persistent aroma of floral and fruity notes. The taste is balanced and fresh.

Hand harvesting with crate selection and crushing-destemming, followed by fermentation in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days.

Maturation: 3 months in stainless steel tanks.

Bottle ageing: 3 months.
